We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help.

14-Day Return Policy

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • With all original tags and labels attached.

  • In its original packaging where possible.

Please note that certain items, such as personalised goods or underwear, may not be eligible for return for hygiene reasons.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us: Please email us at support@sancholimited.com to start the return process. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. Wait for Approval: We will review your request and reply with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send items back to us without first requesting a return.

  3. Send Your Item: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. The original delivery cost is not refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
